SEE for Yourself on Monday!

SEE Tip: SEEing is achieving when it comes to Sleeping, Eating, and Exercising. Be sure to get at least 7 hours of Sleep each night, Eat at least 3 nutritious meals a day, and Exercise at least 3x/week. SEE for yourself how good health is linked to academic success! Check back every Monday for a new post on sleeping, eating, or exercising. Starting on Monday, September 12 look for SEE tabling on the Breezeway between 11-1 pm.
