Why can't pencils have babies?

Because they have rubbers on their end!!

According to the Guttmacher Institutenearly750,000 teenagers in America become pregnant each year.  Two-thirds of those occur among 18–19-year-olds.

So what can be done?  If you're sexually active, use a rubber.  When used consistently and correctly, condoms are highly effective in preventing pregnancy (and STIs).
