Mellow Out Monday Tip: Got stress? Get some sleep. Being in college probably means that your sleep schedule is not exactly regular. Getting adequate sleep helps your mind refocus, recharge, and rebalance. Who can argue with that? There are several ways you can add more sleep to your regime - try taking a quick nap (15 minutes), go to bed early one night this week, or better yet try to stick to a regular sleep schedule. Sometimes, one good night's sleep may be all you need to hit the ground running during a stressful time. Of course getting a free back rub from Stressbusters is another great way to melt your stress away. Be one of the first 5 people to get a backrub tonight at 9 pm and receive a FREE "fan" t-shirt. Five-minute seated back rubs are available every Monday night at the MSE library, Q-level from 8-10 pm.
