If midterms have you feeling stressed, you are not alone. You can walk through campus and see the stress on many faces. One of the worst things you can do when you're stressed is fail to give yourself a break. Spending endless hours studying without sleep, food, or exercise is only going to put your body even further under negative stress. If you really want to excel, take a break!
